Spanish Class Graduation

The week before last was my last day in Spanish class.  I decided to take only two weeks and then keep the rest of the time free to travel, explore and do other stuff. The two weeks were really helpful and also allowed me to learn more about Oaxaca through the teachers and meet fellow students/travelers who I could do stuff with.  Attached are a few pics with other students and my Spanish teachers.

We went to a taxi parade for the last day of Spanish class.  They say there is always some festival or event in Oaxaca, and it´s true. There are pics from the parade, too. You will see one picture of an auto rickshaw. Apparently they started importing them from India 2 or 3 years ago, but they are somewhat controversial. People don´t like them because they slow down traffic (duh).
